The bed was new and very comfortable. It had a quilted mattress protector which worked really well.

Reception lady Mel was very helpful,friendly and her customer service was 10+, previous ladies working at reception weren't as nice as Mel so a big Thank you Mel.made me feel welcomed, open to conversation and just down to earth love the atmosphere . The room was just what i wanted as I travel alone and i felt safe and secure .

It was in a good location for visiting the local tourist places. The facility options in the cabin were really good- microwave, oven, hot plates(although I wouldn’t have been able to reach them) Everything was clean and tidy. The pool area was excellent.

The chalet was Spotlessly clean and well presented. The room was a spacious and well appointed. The lady at check in was very polite and Friendly

The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed. Electric jug was replaced due to difficulty opening the lid. Beds were very comfortable.
